Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Oslo, Norway

As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Oslo, Norway, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is a memorable one. Your primary duties will include assisting guests with their travel arrangements, making reservations for restaurants and activities, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and ensuring all requests are met in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities, as well as the surrounding area.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is highly preferred. Previous experience working in a similar role at a luxury hotel or high-end establishment is also desired.

As this position requires interacting with guests from various backgrounds, it is important that you have strong cultural awareness and sensitivity. You must also possess superb organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. We are also willing to sponsor your visa if necessary.
