Plasterboard Worker Supervisor


We are seeking a highly skilled Plasterboard Worker Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux. As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in plastering and supervising, with the ability to lead a team to successfully complete projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation of plasterboard walls and ceilings, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a team of plasterboard workers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications for each project
- Measuring, cutting, and installing plasterboard sheets according to design plans
- Applying joint compounds, taping seams, and sanding surfaces to prepare for painting
- Inspecting completed work for quality assurance
- Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and providing necessary training

The successful candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education
- At least 3 years experience as a plasterer with some supervisory experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
