Entry Level Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrator to join our team in Plovdiv. As an administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for a great opportunity to kickstart their career in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of documents and company information
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks as assigned
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: Starting at 1000$ per month based on qualifications.
Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria (candidates of all nationalities are welcome)
