Loader Operator



The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a loader operator and possess strong mechanical skills. This full-time position is located in Siauliai, and accommodation will be provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers to load and unload materials
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while operating machinery
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient operation of loading process
- Keep accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a loader operator or similar role
- Proficient in using heavy machinery and hand tools
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues when they arise
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai, Lithuania. Accommodation will be provided for qualified candidates.

Preference:
This position is suitable for men from any nationality, who are able to communicate effectively in English.

Note: This job does not require fluency in English but some basic understanding is preferred.
