Junior Preservation Architect

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Preservation Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Junior Preservation Architect, you will assist in the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures. This includes conducting site surveys, preparing documentation, and collaborating with other architects and engineers to develop preservation plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of historic preservation principles and techniques
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Passion for preserving cultural heritage

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys of historic buildings and structures
- Prepare detailed documentation including drawings, photographs, and written reports
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers on preservation plans
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project management tasks

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
