Job Title: Industrial Architect

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients and construction teams to ensure that the final product meets their needs and adheres to safety and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accurately and efficiently
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance on design changes or modifications as needed
- Review building materials and recommend cost-effective options that meet quality standards
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience with sustainable design principles
