Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and train our kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including portioning, cooking, and plating
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Faisalabad, Pakistan (willingness to relocate preferred)
