Teamlead for Customer Support (Filipino)
We are hiring a Teamlead for Customer Support to join our growing team in Ashdod. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high quality service delivery
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution for clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, performance evaluations, and budget management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
