Junior JAVA Developer


As a Junior JAVA Developer in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will collaborate with experienced developers to design, develop, and test new features and functionalities using the latest JAVA technologies. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and debugging issues, as well as implementing updates and enhancements to existing applications. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to design and develop new software applications using JAVA
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner
- Implement updates and enhancements to existing applications
- Work closely with senior developers to learn new skills and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the world of JAVA development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Knowledge of core JAVA programming language (J2EE)
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Experience working with databases (SQL/Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Location: Alta, Norway (open to candidates from any nationality)

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
