Sales Manager

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Nizwa, Oman. Our company is looking for someone who is fluent in English and has a Pakistani nationality. This position is open to both experienced professionals and freshers looking to kickstart their career.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales performance. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be in charge of maintaining and expanding customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and other outreach methods
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
