Sales Manager for Filipino Nationals in Nizwa, Oman
We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Nizwa, Oman. This position is suitable for Filipino nationals who are looking for a full-time job opportunity in the sales industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
- Train new hires on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino national currently residing in Nizwa or willing to relocate
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the sales industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Biometric passport required
