Turner for Machine Tool Operation in Utena, Lithuania



We are currently seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating machine tools to shape and form metal parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with no specific nationality or location requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine specifications
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments
- Adjust machine controls to regulate factors such as cutting speed, feed, depth of cut, and coolant flow
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or tools as they arise

Requirements:
- Experience in operating machine tools for metal shaping
- Understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating dimensions and tolerances
- Ability to use measuring instruments accurately
- Familiarity with various types of machine tools and their functions
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
