Office Assistant - Administrative Support Professional in Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with organizing events and meetings
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the office space
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Suitable for all genders
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This job is located in Balzers, Liechtenstein.
