We are in search of a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Os, Norway. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, and provide insights that will drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize large and complex data sets from various sources
- Clean and prepare data for analysis
- Use statistical techniques to analyze data and identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying any issues or anomalies
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and new tools in the field of data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret, and present large datasets
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R etc.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical methods such as regression analysis and predictive modeling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
