Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, and antennas
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with radio equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on radio equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Provide technical support to users of radio equipment
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electronics or related field is preferred
- Proven experience working with radio equipment is a plus but not required
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to working with electronic equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit to perform manual labor including lifting heavy equipment
- Must be open to working flexible hours as needed
