Junior Construction Manager


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Os, a bustling city known for its vibrant culture and stunning architecture. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior Construction Manager in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Creating detailed project schedules and budgets and monitoring progress against them
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed
- Preparing progress reports for senior management and clients
- Identifying potential issues or delays and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring they adhere to project specifications
- Ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before starting construction activities
- Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all project activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation.
