As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Oslo. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and track expenses against budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites
- Conduct regular meetings with project team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans as needed
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure project meets required standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction project management principles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Good understanding of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective time management skills
