Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Remish. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will collaborate with clients and project teams to create functional and efficient designs that meet their specific needs. This position requires strong technical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings or facilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs of industrial buildings using specialized software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development and identify potential issues or challenges
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor needed for construction
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Make necessary revisions or adjustments to designs based on client feedback or site conditions
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and techniques related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to industrial construction
- Strong technical skills in structural engineering, mechanical systems, electrical systems, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1500 per month

City: Remish

Preference: This position is open to both local candidates as well as foreigners who are willing to relocate to Remish. No English language skills are required for this role. This position is open to individuals without prior experience in industrial architecture.
