We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our products and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso machine operation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 20 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
