Baker for Bakery in Acre, Israel


We are a busy bakery located in the beautiful city of Acre, Israel and we are currently seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will work as part of a team to ensure that our bakery is fully stocked with fresh and delicious products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing boxes
- Monitor baking process and adjust oven temperatures and bake times as needed
- Decorate and finish products with icings, glazes, and toppings
- Ensure all products are baked to quality standards
- Maintain clean work area and equipment
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be restocked
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Attention to detail and creativity for decorating baked goods
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of flour or other ingredients
- Ability to work early mornings or late nights as needed in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with potential for full-time employment.
