Architectural Designer (Nepali-Speaking)



Our architecture firm in Sheduva is currently seeking a talented and skilled Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects while incorporating the unique cultural elements of Nepal. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $900.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and goals
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Incorporate sustainable and environmentally-friendly design principles into projects
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with local laws
- Present design proposals and communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback and project constraints
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design, preferably in Nepal or South Asia region
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes in Nepal
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English languages
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
