Senior Architectural Designer

We are hiring a Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative architectural designs for commercial and residential projects across the city. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all design requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design solutions for various projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with contractors and other team members to ensure project completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations
- Mentor junior designers in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Sheduva (open to all nationalities)
