We are seeking a qualified and experienced Online English Tutor to join our team in Washington. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing virtual language instruction to students of Indian nationality. This is a remote position, so no travel is required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English language classes for Indian students, following a structured curriculum and lesson plans
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage and motivate students, including interactive activities, games, and multimedia resources
- Provide constructive feedback and assess student progress through regular evaluations
- Monitor student attendance and participation, communicating with parents or guardians as needed
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods
- Stay up-to-date with current language learning trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Native or near-native level proficiency in English
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language to Indian students preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students of different ages and backgrounds
- Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and audio/video equipment for online teaching
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
