The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, and staff management. They will specialize in Indian cuisine and have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume Indian restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus that showcase authentic Indian flavors and utilize local ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Oversee inventory management to ensure proper stock levels and reduce waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining quality standards
- Continuously research new recipes and techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume Indian restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with staff, management, and vendors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Food safety certification preferred but not required

Salary: $1500 per month
