Junior Commercial Architect - Bergen, Norway

We are a leading architecture firm in Bergen seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist in the design and development of various commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. This is a part-time position suitable for freshers without prior experience. However, candidates with an understanding of commercial architecture principles and software proficiency will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create design concepts for commercial projects.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development.
- Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in commercial architecture.

Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
