Job Title: Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve managing and training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and creating effective marketing strategies to increase business.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and suppliers
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators
- Conduct regular staff meetings to address any concerns or improvements needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Good knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Salary: $1200 per month
