We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies to answer guest inquiries accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
