We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team in the vibrant city of Beer-Sheva. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their various needs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluent in Nepali (basic English skills are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous experience in hospitality is not required but considered an asset
