Construction Project Manager



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and budgeting all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and budgets
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage budgets and make cost-effective decisions to stay within budget constraints
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans
- Prepare progress reports for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
