Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant located in the beautiful city of Acre. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all customers. This position offers a salary of $1300 per month and is open to candidates of Nepali nationality who are looking for part-time work and do not require previous experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Assist in setting up tables for new customers
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all safety procedures and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Must be of Nepali nationality
- Fluent in English is not required but is considered a plus
- Previous experience is not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking abilities
