Facade Technician


We are a leading construction company based in Utena and we are currently seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of facades on buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to specifications
- Repair damaged or worn out facades
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades
- Inspect facades for any defects or issues and address them accordingly
- Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for facade projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks in various weather conditions

Preferred:
- Egyptian nationality or experience working in Egypt
- Fluent in English
