Facade Technician

A Facade Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This includes working with various materials such as glass, metal, and concrete to create aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound exteriors for buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade construction and a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to design plans
- Repair and maintain existing facades
- Use various tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install facade materials
- Ensure that all work is done in compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members
- Document work progress and report any issues or concerns to superiors
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in facade technology
- Train junior technicians on proper installation techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade construction or related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various facade materials such as glass, metal, concrete, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Availability for occasional travel within the city for project assignments

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena, Lithuania (candidates from other nationalities are welcome)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
