Python Developer


We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team in Bergen. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications and tools using Python. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new features, as well as troubleshoot and debug existing code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, with experience in web development, database management, and software testing. This is a contract position that includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Python code
- Collaborate with team members to identify system requirements and design solutions
- Integrate data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores or NoSQL databases
- Write automated tests to ensure software functionality and quality
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Python Developer
- Strong knowledge of Python, with experience in web development frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with database design and management using SQL or NoSQL databases
- Experience writing automated tests using frameworks such as PyTest or Selenium
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
