Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Beer-Sheva, Israel. Your main duties will include planning, budgeting, coordinating, and supervising the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets
- Procure necessary materials and equipment
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee construction progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with stakeholders about project updates and progress
- Handle any issues or delays that arise during construction
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction projects in Beer-Sheva or Israel
- Proficiency in Hebrew or Arabic
