Pastry Chef for a High-End Restaurant in St. Petersburg, Russia
We are searching for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in St. Petersburg, Russia. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and develop new pastry recipes that align with the restaurant's standards of excellence
- Oversee the production of all pastry items and ensure they are of the highest quality
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency and quality in all pastry products
- Manage inventory and order necessary ingredients to maintain stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of different pastry techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent English language skills preferred
