Entry-Level Painter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Entry-Level Painter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Entry-Level Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various structures, including buildings, walls, and furniture. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the painting industry and start their career as a painter.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, priming, and filling holes
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job

Preferred:
- Previous experience in painting or construction industry
- Possession of own painting tools is a plus
