We are searching for an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As an Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Manage a team of architects and designers
- Review and approve design proposals and construction documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction phase

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Manager or similar role
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, but fluency in English is required. This is not a part-time position.
