A reputable bakery in Multan, Pakistan is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake different types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow traditional recipes and ensure that all products are of high quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate is a plus
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in decorating cakes and pastries
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. We offer competitive compensation of 1100$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for the right candidate.
