Residential Painter


The Residential Painter will be responsible for painting various residential properties in Bergen. This individual must have prior experience in painting and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time management skills to complete projects within specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean surfaces before painting
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure smooth and even application of paint
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or tape to protect surrounding areas
- Repair any imperfections or damages on surfaces before painting
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Follow safety protocols while handling paints and other materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a painter, preferably in residential settings
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Strong communication skills to work with clients and understand their needs
- Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and techniques used in residential painting
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements

Preference:

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Please note that this salary does not include accommodation or visa arrangements. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Norway.
