Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking an experienced and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Nizwa. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Ensure all guests' needs are met during their dining experience
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1800 per month
