Merchandiser (Contract) - Siauliai, Canada


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Siauliai, Canada. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays and promotions in retail stores. This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Collaborate with sales team to understand product demand and provide recommendations for product placement
- Ensure shelves are stocked with the correct products and maintain proper inventory levels
- Set up promotional displays according to company guidelines
- Monitor competitor's products and promotions to stay ahead of market trends
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising standards
- Conduct store visits to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience working with retail stores is an asset

Salary: $1400 per month
