Filipino Concierge in Washington

Our luxury hotel in Washington is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Filipino Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting with their needs and requests. This is a temporary position that does not require English proficiency or prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for Filipinos looking for work in the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, shows, transportation, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, and dining options to provide accurate information to guests
- Ensure lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with concierge-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino national currently living in Washington or willing to relocate on a temporary basis
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

Salary: $1100 per month
