DevOps Developer - Contract Position in Akron, OH, USA

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Akron, OH. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates from Pakistan who are looking to gain experience in the field of DevOps and are willing to relocate and work in the USA.

As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to manage code releases. Your role will involve building and maintaining automated deployment processes and ensuring smooth integration between various systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing automation tools and frameworks for code release
- Developing and maintaining deployment scripts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Troubleshooting any issues related to code deployment or integration
- Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with security protocols
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps methodology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a DevOps Developer or related role
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation support. This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
