Part-Time Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Porto. This position is part-time, with a salary of 1400$ per month. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. You must have prior experience in commercial architecture and possess strong design, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being followed correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa or are legally authorized to work in Porto. This position is open to all genders.
