We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans and strategies
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute preservation projects
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conducting extensive research on historical building materials and techniques
- Overseeing the restoration process from start to finish
- Providing guidance on maintenance and repair of historical structures
- Documenting all preservation work for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation projects
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal preservation regulations
- Strong understanding of historical building materials and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
