We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Eldoret. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain company trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload goods onto the truck using proper loading techniques
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers
- Conduct routine checks on the truck's condition and report any issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Follow safety procedures when handling hazardous materials or operating specialized equipment

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a truck driver
- Good driving record with no major violations or accidents
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission trucks
- Familiarity with GPS devices for navigation purposes
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads when necessary
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
