Job Title: Machine Operator

A machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production. They must have experience working with industrial equipment and be familiar with safety protocols. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machines, as well as maintain a clean and organized work area. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery during production runs
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Keep accurate records of production data and machine maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in an industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

Salary: $1400 per month (with accommodation provided)
