A reputable construction company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled and reliable Slinger to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Nepali national with proficiency in English and the ability to work part-time. This position does not require prior experience as training will be provided.

As a Slinger, you will be responsible for assisting crane operators in lifting and moving heavy objects on construction sites. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Communicating with crane operators through hand signals or radio communication
- Rigging and attaching loads to cranes using appropriate slinging techniques
- Inspecting rigging equipment for safety and reporting any issues
- Directing crane operators to move loads to desired locations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

The successful candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also possess strong communication skills, as you will be working closely with other team members.

This is a part-time position, suitable for men who are looking for flexible employment opportunities. We do offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate if needed. However, accommodation is not provided.
