CNC Operator


We are in need of a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting. You will also be responsible for monitoring the machine's performance and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and load raw materials onto the machine
- Set up the machine according to specifications provided
- Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth running and detect any issues
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC machines
- Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
