IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Bergen. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our data and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support business operations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Manage network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security through regular backups and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Train employees on new technology systems and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements for our company's IT infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proficient in network administration, security protocols, hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical information to non-tech employees

Salary: $1700/month with free visa and ticket.
Location: Bergen (candidates from other nationalities are welcome).
